Merry Christmas to all from the LST office.
It's been a very busy year in the Limerick Smarter Travel office and we're looking forward to working with all of our schools, campuses, workplaces and communities in 2016.
December saw a number of our LST Schools take part in Santa WOW(Walk on Wednesday). A WOW with a difference, students were asked to jingle all the way to school in their best festive gear.Members of the LST team visited participating schools on the day and were delighted with the number of students walking and park&striding to school A number of spot prizes were given to schools to raffle off and congratulations to all the winners.

The LST WOW Schools promotion video is in the final stages of
editing and should be ready in early January.Three LST schools, Salesians Infant School, St Brigids and Monaleen
National School were filmed during their WOW days. The video footage was
condensed into a 4 minute promotion video to highlight the fun aspect and the
sustainable travel potential of WOWs. The video will be used to promote
Limerick Smarter Travel in schools moving forward. So watch this space for updates on the video launch!!!!!!!
